Random Observation – The new way to Ninja

So we’ve been using the random dungeon generator for a few weeks now and I’ve noticed a few things that I’m not sure Blizzard thought of before implanting it. I could be completely wrong and they did and just didn’t care or are still trying to think of a way to fix it. But I’m talking about creating an environment perfect for the so-called “Ninja’s”.
I’ve been in quite a few instances with random people from other servers who all know we mostly likely won’t see each other again. This creates that same feeling in someone who likes to talk big and tough over the net because the chances of meeting the person they are flaming is slim to none, thus, they get away with it.
The problem I’m having usually occurs on the last boss who drops multiple pieces of loot and a frozen orb. The person who ninja’s will wait for everyone to roll and if all they see is greed on items then they quickly click “Need” get the items and leave group. This immediately sends them safely back to their realm free of whining and pissed players and no one knows the problems on his server and he’s off to the auction house with the orb and then the vender to make a little extra gold.
This drives me nuts. Blizzard you need to fix this. I don’t know if having a restriction on certain armor that players that can’t use it can’t loot it would work, probably some issues there as well. The only other idea I had would be a “Report” button. If and when someone ninja’s an item that drops off of any boss and then leaves any player in the party can click this button and it would be like a ready check. If other players witnessed this they can check yes if not they click no. This would then send a report to Blizzard and they can then deal with the issue. Let’s say only players left in the group can participate. So if the ninja leaves and then another does as well, then only 3 people could submit the report. Unfortunately if you’re the lone ranger who’s left then you’re out of luck. But I think this would be a nice step forward for crushing Ninja Looters.
That’s just my random observation and thoughts…what do you all think?
